The House of Paints Company is proud to be an extension of the Hassan Saad Al-Yamani, which has a major footprint in the world of technical paints in the Kingdom of Saudi.
The company has come a long way since its well rooted established companies of Saudi Arabia and started its sole proprietorship in 1998. It was set up as a partnership with International brands that were willing to take on the kingdom’s biggest, most famous decorative paint provider. Over the course of 17 years, Paint House Company became a corporate force and kingdom leading decorative paints solution provider.
Driven by its strong consumer-focus and innovative spirit, the company has been the market leader in paints since 1998. Today, it is double the size of any other paint company in the kingdom. Paint House Company has a wide range of paints for decorative commercial and residential use.
Paint House Company through the years, thanks to the intuition and creativity of the management, and to the careful selection of high quality raw materials, company expanded, thus offering architects and designers worldwide a complete assortment of textured effects and polished plasters, for interiors and exteriors, as well as wall coatings for modern or historical buildings settings. Recently we started insulation material with many benefits like Environment Friendly, Non Flammable, Reduce Noises etc. The company completed major projects such as Royal Palaces, Resorts, Villas, Mosques, Government, Commercial Malls etc.,

1997
FIRST TO START DECORATIVE PAINTS IN KINGDOM

First Company to Launch the best quality of decorative paints in Saudi Arabia. The company has come a long way with proven records of established trading companies in 1998. It was set up as a global partnership firm by overseas partners who were willing to take on the king- dom exclusive and elite royal palaces and villas, most famous paint companies operating in Italy, France and the USA at that time.
2010
The Company became a corporate force and Saudi’s leading paints company. Driven by its strong consumer-focus and innovative spirit, the company has been the market leader in decorative paints since 1997. Double the size of any other paint company in Saudi Arabia with a wide range of paints for decorative and industrial use.
2015
The Company became one of the top five decorative coatings companies of Saudi Arabia leveraging its expertise in the higher growth emerging markets. Simultaneously, the company intends to build long term value in the decorative paints and industrial coatings business through alliances with established global partners.
The Company has always been a leader in the decorative paint industry, pushing new concepts in Saudi Arabia like Colour Worlds, Royal Palaces & Villa Solutions, Colour Next, and Kids’ World. The key to consistently delivering as a leading contender in the paint Industry, is innovation. Our innovation journey takes us back 18 years.
